Our local organization began in 2000 when many of the plaintiffs firms decided to share resources and knowledge in an effort to provide a better service to our clients, victims of accidents and bad medical practices. Fran Letro was the prime organizer and our first President. From that point forward, we have continued to pursue and protect our clients rights of recovery against those who in a moment of carelessness, caused significant injury to those victims. The insurance lobby has been extremely active during this time period and it is only through our continued efforts, cooperation and vigilance that we are able to provide the best services for our clients and community. We work and live in the Western New York community. We care about this area, our home. Our goal is to represent victims with our full energies and efforts and bring about the best result for them. We look forward to working with you.
